  • The Special Exhibition, "The Flow of Earthenware Culture on the Korean Peninsula," organized by Hanyang University Museum, is a Joint Exhibition commemorating the 49th Fall Academic Conference and the 52nd General Assembly of the Korean University Museum Association. It features approximately 200 representative Earthenware artifacts submitted by university museums across the nation.

This Special Exhibition not only presents the Evidence for Scholarly Theories proposed by Archaeological Experts in relation to the theme of the Fall Academic Conference, but is also structured to allow middle and high school students and the general public to easily understand the Emergence of Earthenware and the Regional Developmental Aspects up to the Pre-Ceramic Stage on the Korean Peninsula.

It is hoped that this exhibition provides an excellent opportunity to examine the Aspects of Cultural Exchange with neighboring regions, utilizing some of the richest and most distinctive Earthenware artifacts available, and to gain an understanding of the Origin and Development Process of Ancient Korean Culture through the evolution of Earthenware.
