['<Cement Society>' Session 3 Site Visit]
<Concrete Seoul Map> Tour
On Friday, September 27, the third session of <Cement Society> was held as the “<Concrete Seoul Map> Tour”, featuring on-site lectures and a field visit to concrete buildings across Seoul.
💡 Through a lecture by Professor Hyun-seop Kim from the Department of Architecture at Korea University, participants learned about the construction background, characteristics of each building, and various examples of concrete architecture.
🤍 At the Wonnam Temple of Won Buddhism, Teacher Hae-min Go provided an introduction to Won Buddhism and the space itself, followed by active Q&A from participants.
We sincerely thank all the lecturers and participants of <Cement Society> for actively engaging throughout the tour, from start to finish.
