Hanyang University Museum is organizing the 2024 special exhibition Cement: Moment with support from the “Museum Week” flagship program and the University Museum Promotion Support Program. This exhibition examines research and education on cement manufacturing technologies, the history of the development of the cement industry, and newly sheds light on the characteristics of cement as a material. 

In connection with this exhibition, we are holding an artwork contest for Hanyang members to create pavilion-type installations and small objects that express the properties of cement and concrete. The selected works will be presented in the exhibition. We look forward to the active participation and interest of the Hanyang community.

- Contest Title: Cement–Concrete Artwork Contest (Hanyang Members) 

- Eligibility: All Hanyang University members (no restriction by department or major) 

- Categories: 

1. Design and production of pavilion works using cement and concrete (Maximum size of 2m × 2m × 2m)

2. Design and production of small object works (objects) using cement and concrete

- Participants: Individuals or teams of up to five members 

- Announcement Period: March 21 (Thu) – April 12 (Fri), 2024 

- Submission Period: March 25 (Mon) – April 28 (Sun), 2024
