Exhibition of Award-Winning Works from the Cement Connect Tour Photo Contest (Sowol Art Hall)
Hanyang University Museum and the Seongdong Foundation for Arts & Culture are carrying out the ≪CEMENT: MOMENT≫ project as part of the 2024 Museum·Art Museum Week initiative.
Alongside the Cement Connect Tour program, a related photo contest was held, and this exhibition presents the selected artists and their works.
The “Cement Connect Tour Photo Contest” explores the artistic potential of cement from the perspectives of thirteen different photographers. The selected works capture the aesthetics of cement and urban landscapes as seen through the camera lens.
Through this exhibition, we invite you to look closely at the cement architecture, environment, and history of Seongdong-gu, and to experience the immense power of cement as a natural material.
